Are you hungry and thirsty for righteousness?
Matthew 5:6 (NIV)
6 Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they will be filled.
So simple yet so hard for people to grasp. If only we could turn loose of the world(satan's rule) and let Jesus fill us up with righteousness. So many subscribe to the teaching that all they have to do is to ask for forgiveness. They don't want to repent( change from their sinful ways) and seek the righteousness of the Holy Spirit. In Romans Ch. 8, Paul tells us that there is no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus. That's where most stop reading. They never get to vs. 4(Romans 8:4 (NIV)
4 in order that the righteous requirements of the law might be fully met in us, who do not live according to the sinful nature but according to the Spirit. They continue to wallow in their sin never living the victorious life that Jesus has provided for us. It hurts me so much to see people so oppressed and to know that all they have to do is give it all to Jesus, but they are so controlled by satan that they can't see the trees for the forest. John 10:10 (NIV)
10 The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full. He completed His work on the cross so that we could be forgiven for all of our sins, but also so that we would be delivered from all of the world. He took all of satan's authority from him concerning born again believers. Colossians 2:12-15 (NIV)
12 having been buried with him in baptism and raised with him through your faith in the power of God, who raised him from the dead.
13 When you were dead in your sins and in the uncircumcision of your sinful nature, God made you alive with Christ. He forgave us all our sins,
14 having canceled the written code, with its regulations, that was against us and that stood opposed to us; he took it away, nailing it to the cross.
15 And having disarmed the powers and authorities, he made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them by the cross. Praise God for the victory and freedom that he has given us from the sinful world. There is so many in this dying and lost world that need the blood of Jesus. I pray that the beleivers use the power of the Holy Spirit gave us in Acts 1:8 (NIV)
8 But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth." and the authority that the Lord Jesus gave us in Luke 10:18-20 (NIV)
18 He replied, "I saw Satan fall like lightning from heaven.
19 I have given you authority to trample on snakes and scorpions and to overcome all the power of the enemy; nothing will harm you.
20 However, do not rejoice that the spirits submit to you, but rejoice that your names are written in heaven." In Christ's Love! Bro Wayne

This is what outreach ministry is all about - saving souls.
We recieved this email today. Bill, this is the homeless man that lived in a van on Flippen Road that you told me about, a long time ago. We have been taking food, hygiene kits, Christian tracts, and, we gave him a Bible, ever since y'all told me where he was. We have been praying with him for some time now. He prayed to accept Jesus Christ as his Saviour when we visited him a month or so ago.
Thank you, my Brother, for what you do.
May The Lord bless you and keep you.
May the Lord make his face to shine upon you, and be gracious to you.
May the Lord lift up his countenance upon you, and give you peace.
Blessings,
Frankie

Frankie, I found out that Johnny passed away yesterday around 2:30pm. His friend Everett took hjm to his brother’s house on Saturday after we left.
His brother told “us” thank you for ministering to him. I told him that Johnny was with Jesus now, and his brother told me that he had been praying for Johnny for a long time. I want to thank you for listening to “the spirit” and being obedient!! You found Johnny a long time ago and met some of his needs.
If you had not of stopped there on Saturday, he would have never had a phone to call Everett, and probably would have died all alone in that house. God Is right on time isn’t He? He is so awesome!! Thank you for what you do for “The Kingdom.” Love, Star*

Do you know where you will be when you die?
What will your answer be?
What do you base your answer on?
What do you think?
